Reviewer:

All Reviewer positions filled. Please check back for future openings.

All reviewers write their reviews in the Red Adept Format. Adepts must also post their reviews, after one month, on Amazon.com, so an account there is required. Posting the review on other sites is completely optional. Reviewers are responsible for ensuring their reviews are grammatically correct.

If you have the reading/writing skills, training will be provided. All reviewers must own a Kindle or other e-reader that accepts .mobi files.

Reviewers are required to be completely honest in every review.

While we focus on Indie books, commercial books may also be reviewed. Reviewers are not told what books to read/review.

All reviewers have access to hundreds of free Review Copies submitted to this site. Most are Indie, but we do occassionally receive commercial books.

Proofreader:

Proofreaders must be proficient in all aspects of spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Proofreaders should be willing to read books in most genres. A test will be given to all applicants.

Proofreaders must have Microsoft Word. All proofing is done using Track Changes. Training will be provided for this as needed.

Editor:

Editors must be proficient in all aspects of spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Editors must also be able to point out issues like an abundance of passive voice, dangling participles, excessive dialogue tags, repetitive word usage, plot holes, and much more. A test will be given to all applicants.

Editors must have Microsoft Word. All proofing is done using Track Changes. Training will be provided for this as needed.
