    To turn off your subscriptions:

    Go to your Profile (Upper Left of screen – dropdown from mouse hover over your name)
    Click Subscriptions
    Then uncheck all boxes

    To delete a post – Edit it to change the subject and message to the word “Delete” and a moderator will delete it.
