We accept almost all fiction, with the exception of erotica.
When you send submit a Review Copy, we make the assumption that it is your final edition. We do not accept revisions and will review the first copy submitted. We do not accept books “gifted” through Amazon. If you send a book through the Amazon gifting system, it will be redeemed for a gift card, then the amount will be donated to charity.
Please do not send a query about your book. You will not recieve a response. All Review Copies are entered into the Review Queue in the order received. This queue is accessible by all “Red Adept Reviews” staff and will be reviewed as they are chosen and read.
You are welcome to submit more than one book. However, if you have written a series, please only submit the first book in the series. After the first book has been read and reviewed, you may submit the second if you wish. Do NOT submit the same book more than once. Doing so will not get your book read/reviewed faster, quite the opposite as it is just irritating for me.
In order to keep our Review Copy Queue more manageable:
Books that have ten or less reviews on Amazon.com will remain in the queue for approximately one year.
Books that have more than ten reviews on Amazon.com will be removed from the queue after approximately six months. Due to the overwhelming influx of books, a submitted book may take several months to actually be put into the queue. Therefore, the ‘countdown’ does not begin from the date of submission. Also, a staff member may ‘reserve’ the book in our queue, but not readreview it for quite a while afterward. You will be notified via e-mail if your book is removed. Afterward, you are welcome to resubmit your book for consideration, as it may have just been a matter of timing that it wasn’t chosen. Do NOT make an assumption and resubmit prior to receiving a notification of removal, as your new submission might conflict and be deleted as a duplicate.
This policy is in place to help us keep our queue a bit cleaner and offer priority to those who may have little or no reviews for their books.
**Any material submitted will not be sold, printed, published or distributed in any way without the express consent of the author. The Reviewer may quote small portions within the review for clarity. Submitting a Review Copy does not obligate this reviewer in any way.

Help! I’ve been trying to submit an epub (my file name is This Time.epub) which I thought was how I needed to name it, where This Time is the title of the book and epub is the file type. The site is rejecting it as an invalid file type. (I also tried ePub file type and got the same results.) Both file types are in your list. What am I doing wrong?

“Oskaloosa Moon” recently got 34 Kindly reviews averaging FIVE STARS.
It’s a Huckleberry Gump kind of story, but, I note that you drop books from your que if they’re heavily reviewed.
Should I bother submitting?
We only drop them after they have been in the queue for 6 months without being chosen.
There is no reason not to submit.
What a great site! One of the authors on Amazon’s Meet Our Author’s forum mentioned her book was reviewed here so I looked it up.

A clarification on naming the file — are you saying that you require spaces in the file name, or only that the system can handle them?
That is, is ThisIsTheTitleOfMyBook.mobi okay? Or must it be This Is The Title Of My Book.mobi?

The title of my book is Ash: Return Of The Beast. I want to submit my .mobi file but it won’t let me use the colon. Will you accept the file if I substitute the colon with an underscore?
